Delivery Information

Delivery Information

No one wants to place an order for an item but have it arrive damaged or even not at all.  We take every effort to ensure that all packages, no matter whether they are $10 or $1,000, are packaged with the same level of care that we as collectors would like to see our items packaged.   All orders are sent with tracking numbers and are insured for the amount of your purchase.  Upon shipment, we will provide you with a tracking number and carrier information so you may keep up with the location of your package.

Shipping

All firearms must be shipped to an FFL.  If you are not an FFL you must find a dealer to accept the transfer and run the background check for you and then pass possession of the firearm to you.  For items that fall into the category of Curios and Relics as defined by the ATF, we will happily ship to an FFL-03, Collector of Curios and Relics.    So that your firearm ships in a timely manner, the sooner you have your FFL send us a copy of their license, the better.  All we ask, however is that we get that information within a week.  We understand that some dealers take time to send out their information and if you are having difficulty securing a dealer to run the transfer please give us a call so that we are advised of the situation.

We make every effort to keep our costs as low as possible.  Because of this, we will combine shipping costs as much as possible.  However, in accordance with applicable law, firearms and ammo cannot ship together.  But if you order a firearm or ammo and then order some accessories or other items, we will ship those items with the firearm or ammo.

Carriers

Firearms and accessories are shipped USPS or Fedex, depending on which is cheaper.  Ammo is shipped FedEx.

Legalities

You are responsible for knowing your local laws.   However, if you place and order for a item that is illegal in your area we will not ship and we will cancel your order.   If you have any questions about what is or is not legal in your jurisdiction contact the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosive at 1-800-ATF-GUNS or visit the ATF website at www.atf.gov.

Returns

Generally speaking, we do not accept returns.  We do our best to list all items accurately to ensure customer satisfaction.  If there is a discrepancy with the delivered item or the item was damaged in shipping we will act on a case by case basis to rectify the situation.

In the event that you order an firearm and it was shipped to your FFL and your background check is denied you have several options.   You may work with your local FFL though the appeals process.  If that is not an option, the preferred alternate option is that you work with the local FFL to consign or sell the firearm since they may not lawfully make the transfer.  In the event you are unwilling or unable to do that, we will accept the firearm back and charge a 25% restocking fee provided it is in the same condition as it was when it left our shop.  In the event it is not in that same condition, we will act on a case by case basis to determine what amount we will return to the buyer upon receipt of the firearm.  With this situation, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
